General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for prickstop.com

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all business relationships between the company Jactio eU (hereinafter referred to as “Seller”) and its customers (hereinafter referred to as “Customer”) in connection with the online shop prickstop.com.

2. Contractual partner

The purchase contract is concluded with Jactio eU, represented by Andreas Janisch, Amalienstraße 2/3, 1130 Vienna, Austria.

3. Conclusion of contract

The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalog. By clicking on the "order with payment" button, you place a binding order for the goods in the shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of your order will be sent together with acceptance of the order immediately after it has been sent by automated email. The contract is concluded with this email confirmation.

4. Prices and payment

The prices stated on the website are in euros (EUR) including VAT. The prices at the time of the order apply. Payment can be made either by credit card or bank transfer. The invoice amount is due within 10 days of receipt of the invoice.

5. Delivery and shipping costs

Delivery will take place within 14 days of receipt of payment. The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to the customer before completing the order process.

6. Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without the need to state any reason.

The revocation period is fourteen days from the day

  • on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the goods, if you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are or will be delivered as a single item;
  • on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you took possession of the last good, if you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately;

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your withdrawal by means of an unambiguous declaration.

The right of withdrawal only applies to unused and undamaged items.

The buyer shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

7. Warranty

The statutory warranty provisions apply.

8. Retention of Title

The delivered goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been made.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the contractual relationship is Vienna.

Privacy Policy

The privacy policy can be viewed on the website and regulates the handling of personal data.

11. Final Provisions

Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. Changes or additions to these Terms and Conditions must be made in writing.
