General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for prickstop.com

1 Scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all business relationships between the company Jactio e.U. (hereinafter referred to as "Seller") and its customers (hereinafter referred to as "Customer") in connection with the online store prickstop.com.
2 Contracting party
The purchase contract is concluded with Jactio e.U., represented by Andreas Janisch, Amalienstraße 2/3, 1130 Vienna, Austria.
3 Conclusion of contract
The presentation of the products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalog. By clicking on the button "order with obligation to pay" you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of your order is sent together with acceptance of the order by automated e-mail immediately after it has been sent. The contract is concluded with this e-mail confirmation.
4 Prices and payment
The prices stated on the website are in euros (EUR) and include statutory VAT. The prices at the time of the order apply. Payment can be made either by credit card or bank transfer. The invoice amount is due for payment within 10 days of receipt of the invoice.
5 Delivery and shipping costs
Delivery shall be made within 14 days of receipt of payment. The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to the customer before completion of the order process.
6. right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The revocation period is fourteen days from the day
- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the goods if you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are or will be delivered uniformly;
- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods, if you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately;
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of the withdrawal by means of a clear declaration.
The right of withdrawal only applies to unused and undamaged items.
The buyer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.
7 Warranty
The statutory warranty provisions apply.
8 Retention of title
The delivered goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been made.
9 Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
Austrian law shall apply to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the contractual relationship is Vienna.

The privacy policy is available on the website and regulates the handling of personal data.
11. final provisions
Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. Amendments or additions to these GTC must be made in writing.
